If you're returning a package because it arrived damaged or because you received the wrong item, you will not be charged a return shipping fee. However, if you have changed your mind on the item then you are responsible for the return shipping fee. Clothing worn or washed can not be returned. All other products may be returned provided they are in original packaging, unused, and undamaged. All returned items will be refunded the value of each product only less a $3.50 restocking fee per item. Upon receiving your goods, and provided they are in "as new" condition, we will refund your credit card and send you an email notification accordingly.
