Enter your name and address, and the
shipping location if different from that given in your
personal information. (Note: Please make sure this information
is correct, as you will not have the option to modify
it once you've passed this page!)

Select your payment preference, either
"credit card" or "PayPal"

to go to the shipping options.

Select one of the shipping options listed.
To facilitate your decision, there is next to each option
an estimated time of delivery and cost. The cost is automatically
calculated by USPS based on the total weight of the items
in your order and is neither determined nor inflated by
theCHEstore.com. After you have made your selection, click
on the "» checkout" button
to go to the order summary page.

The order summary lists the cost of
the items ordered, shipping, and handling, and the grand
total. Check that all this information is correct and
then click the "» checkout"
button to go to the payment page.
9.
If you had selected "credit card"
as your payment method, you will transfer to the Moneris
Solutions secure server to enter your credit card information.
If you had chosen "PayPal" then you will transfer
to the PayPal secure server and have the option of paying
with or without a PayPal account. In either case, enter
the information required and then conclude the payment
processing by clicking on the "Process Transaction"
button (Moneris) or "" (PayPal) to go to theCHEstore.com
"Thank You" page.
10.
The "Thank You" page displays
the complete details of your order. (A copy of this is
sent to your e-mail address.) Check to make sure all of
the information in it is correct. That is it. The entire
checkout procedure should not take more than five minutes
to complete.
11.
Both theCHEstore.com and either Moneris
Solutions or PayPal immediately sends an order details
confirmation to your e-mail address. Please retain these
as you may need the information in them should you enquire
about your order.

with all the details indicated. Fill in the "SHIPPING
TO" section ONLY if it is different from your billing
address.

7.
When we have received your order form,
we will reply by e-mail within 24 hours (during the business
week) with the shipping costs and to finalize your order.
8.
Approve or cancel the final costs by
e-mail. Once we receive your approval, we will process
your credit card and ship your items immediately.
9.
Both theCHEstore.com and its payment
processor, Moneris Solutions, immediately send an order
details confirmation to your e-mail address. Please retain
these as you may need the information in them should you

What if it has been more than 60 minutes since
I placed my order?
While we can't guarantee cancellations made after 60 minutes,
if your order has not entered our order processing window, we
may still be able to cancel your order.
For your convenience, we'll send you an e-mail letting you know
whether your order cancellation was successful. It may take
2-3 business days to confirm your request.

Final Note:
If your cancellation was not successful, you can always return
order for a refund, less the shipping fees, within 30 days of

What if I'm not home to receive my package? (U.S.A.

If a USPS carrier attempts to make a delivery when no one is
home, the package may be put in a safe place, such as a milk box,

notice indicating where and when you can pick up your package
— typically at your local post office.
Orders are shipped at a flat rate regardless of the number of items in the order. Order one item or twenty, the shipping cost is the same. There are no additional fees.

Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When
the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue
a refund (excluding shipping charges).
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable.
If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable,
you are welcome to place a new order on our web site.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and
you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after

Why was my package undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the
following reasons:

Incorrect address. If the address is
incorrect or outdated, the carrier or the unintended recipient
typically returns the package to us. Please double-check
your address carefully when placing a new order. If an
APO or FPO address is entered as an international address,
the package will not reach its destination. Please

·
Address format. If a post office box
address or P.O. Box was entered in a format our system
does not recognize, the package may be shipped through
a carrier that cannot deliver to a post office box. To
ensure that such packages are routed through the proper
carriers, please enter the box number as "PO BOX" followed
by the number.
·
Other address problems. If the order
is being shipped to a prison, there may be delivery restrictions
associated with the items or shippers. These restrictions
are determined by the penitentiary and may vary. In rare
cases, it is also possible that the address label became
illegible during the shipping and handling process.
·
Failed delivery attempts. Most of our
carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages
that contain more than $400 of merchandise will always
require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to
the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature
is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain
a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery
after three attempts, the package will be returned to
us.

Refused by recipient. If a person is
receiving a gift and not expecting a gift, they may refuse
the package if they believe it was sent to them in error.

APO and FPO addresses Having trouble entering an APO or FPO address on our
order form? Following these steps should help:

Enter the recipient's full name and
address in the relevant fields.

Enter "APO" or "FPO" in the "City" field.
·
Enter "AE" in the "State/Province/Region"
field if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada,
Africa, or the Middle East. Enter "AA" if the recipient
is stationed in the Americas. Enter "AP" if the recipient
is stationed in Asia or the Pacific. Regardless of where
the recipient is stationed, select "United States" from
the "Country" drop-down menu.

Following these steps will ensure that
you're charged the correct shipping amount and that your
order will be delivered in a timely fashion. All shipments
to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or First
Class Mail. We estimate 3 to 5 business days for delivery
once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations
may take longer.
